What we look for
Curiosity, rigor, follow-through
We don’t screen by major. If you think analytically, stay curious, and care about where healthcare and biotech are headed, we want to hear from you. Questions
Do I need consulting or business experience?+
No. We recruit for curiosity, analytical thinking, and follow-through. Most of our members are pre-health, biology, economics, or computer-science majors.
How much time does it take?+
Plan on about five hours a week during a project. Projects run for one academic quarter.
What will I actually do?+
Work in a team of five on a real client problem: interviews, research, analysis, and a final presentation the client uses.
Which majors join?+
Any. Healthcare problems need scientists, builders, and communicators in the same room.
